Our Support continues after the birth of your baby with our regular Motherhood Gatherings, a nurturing group which includes Mother & Baby Yoga, and when you’re ready for some “Me Time” you can take advantage of our evening Postnatal Yoga class. We also offer one to one birth recovery sessions, post-natal doula support and sleep consultancy.
